Next time you’re driving through Texas, pull on over in Elgin and enjoy our Texas-style barbeque and famous Elgin Sausage. All of our meat is slow-cooked on our pits using real Texas Post Oak wood. We serve our barbeque both by the pound on butcher paper and as part of a plated meal.

Our menu includes our famous Original Elgin Beef Sausage, beef brisket, beef ribs, beef steaks, pork spareribs, baby back pork ribs, pork steaks, chicken and mutton. A meal is not complete without the fixin's which include beans, potato salad, cole slaw, pickles, peppers, onions, bread and crackers.

After your meal, enjoy a hand-dipped cone of Blue Bell ice cream. At the ice cream counter, you’ll also find gift items such as T-shirts, caps and koozies for anyone who didn’t make the trip with you.

There’s really nothing like sitting down in our restaurant and soaking in the authentic Texas atmosphere. Be sure to order more than you’re hungry for. ‘Cause there’s always room for leftovers tomorrow.
