This is the sausage that started it all. Southside’s original recipe, with a little less pepper so everyone can enjoy it. A one of a kind, all beef sausage with a natural pork casing. This all beef sausage is seasoned using spices that were available during the era of Southside’s creation over 125 years ago. It is slowly smoked with local Texas Post Oak today, just as it was then. Best if prepared over a wood fire, but also great on any barbeque pit, in the oven, or in a skillet. A Sausage that has stood the test of time and can proudly stand alone as the main attraction.
