You’ll receive one of each of our six distinct flavors of fully Smoked Sausage along with a pound each of our Original Summer Sausage and Jalapeño Summer Sausage. We’ve also included a pack of our Sausage Slammers. Each Slammer is a cheddar-filled jalapeño half wrapped in house-made pork sausage. We roll them up in bacon and smoke them low and slow over real Texas post oak wood. And just to put it over the top, we’ve thrown in a bottle each of our Original BBQ Sauce and our Original Hot Sauce.
