Each of our premium Beef Briskets has been hand-seasoned by our own Pitmaster in the spirit of Central Texas authenticity using only salt and black pepper. Smoked low and slow over real Texas post oak wood for 14 – 16 hours, you can now order it here by the half. Choose below between the Flat, Point, or Cutter’s choice. The Point is moist and juicy. The Flat is lean and great for slicing. Both are full of flavor and covered in a nice brisket bark.

Cooked weight: 3-4 lbs.
Gluten Free. No MSG.

    I’ve tried nearly every mail order brisket available and had some terrible ‘que. Southside delivers simply the best brisket. Every. Single. Time. Don’t waste time on the other “famous” que places, you’ll be throwing your money away. Southside brisket is worth every penny!
