Each of our USDA Prime Beef Briskets has been hand-seasoned by our own Pitmaster in the spirit of Central Texas authenticity using only salt and black pepper. Smoked low and slow over real Texas post oak wood for 14 – 16 hours, you can now order it here by the half. Choose below between the Flat, Point, or Cutter’s choice. The Point is moist and juicy. The Flat is lean and great for slicing. Both are full of flavor and covered in a nice brisket bark.

Gluten Free. No MSG.

Cooked weight: 3-4 lbs.

    I’ve tried nearly every mail order brisket available and had some terrible ‘que. Southside delivers simply the best brisket. Every. Single. Time. Don’t waste time on the other “famous” que places, you’ll be throwing your money away. Southside brisket is worth every penny!

    I have been blessed to be a customer from Junior High school in Austin forward. I have actually been to the original store in Elgin prior to the fire and to both 290 and 71 locations.     We are from Ohio and were first introduced to Southside Market while visiting family in Texas. Haven’t been able to find BBQ brisket back in Ohio as good as Southside’s, so the perfect solution is to have it shipped to our house. We have had it shipped to us several times and it has been great every time. We love it!
