  • 4 links Southside Garlic Sausage
  • 1 tube crescent roll dough
  • Mustard or ketchup for “eyes” and for dipping
Southside Garlic Mummy Links

A fall favorite, made even better with our slow-smoked premium pork Garlic Sausage! So easy to prepare and spooktacular for parties, large and small. Get the kids involved in this fun and savory seasonal treat. Little witches, goblins, and fairies welcome but remember, these links are vampire proof!

Time Needed:
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.

Unroll crescent dough and cut into large rectangles (or tear along perforations).

Using a pizza cutter, slice dough into ¼” strips. Wrap 2-3 strips around each sausage in a “bandage” pattern. Leave a gap between the dough strips at the end of the sausage for “eyes”.

Place the dough-wrapped sausage on a greased baking sheet and bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the links have an internal temperature of 165F.

Using mustard or ketchup, dot “eyes” or other features on each Mummy Link. Serve warm with additional condiments for dipping.
